In Los Cabos the first case of CORONAVIRUS in Baja California Sur



On Friday it was still announced that Baja California Sur was free of coronavirus. Today, the situation has changed and Governor Carlos Mendoza Davis announced that the first case of the covid-19 has been registered in Los Cabos.



The information indicates that the infected  is an British tourist who arrived on March 14 from Miami. He is 41 years old,and is isolated asymptomatic in a private hospital in Los Cabos.

The official information site of CORONAVIRUS of the local government, already counts this first case.

Governor Carlos Mendoza Davis continues to recommend the general population to follow hygiene procedures and last night announced a series of fiscal incentives to support economic activity.

Update: It is reported that the patient is asymptomatic to the Covid-19, so he was sent to isolation in his home, with all care.
