Los Cabos gets World Tourism Council's Secure Travel Seal

Los Cabos is the first tourist center in the Mexican Pacific to get the Secure Travel Seal granted by the World Travel and Tourism Council.

The above was informed by the director of the municipal tourism office, Alejandro Bonilla, a few days before the opening is possibly announced.

All health measures requested by the Council due to the coronavirus pandemic have been complied with, so this global security seal is awarded in accordance with the protocols of the World Tourism Organization.

The procedures of the federal and Baja California Sur Health Secretariats have also been complied with, which is a previous step to the opening of Los Cabos to receive visitors.

The tourism office of the municipality of Los Cabos invites all tourism companies and activities to learn more about these certifications and other protocols that must be followed such as the "Sello Punto Limpio".

At the time, Los Cabos has met all the requirements for the "new normality" within the coronavirus pandemic.
