Parole for JetSki driver who ran over and killed a woman


CABO SAN LUCAS - On Friday afternoon, August 7, a driverless JetSki left El Medano Beach at high speed from the sea and then ran over and killed a street vendor in addition to injuring two tourists who were at the Mango Deck restaurant.


Today, the Attorney General's Office presented to the judge the person in charge of the accident. It is Abraham "N" who is accused of driving irresponsibly the jet ski with which he caused the death of a woman who was selling handicrafts on the beach.


The prosecutor accuses him of the murder of the woman, injuries to two tourists and damage to the Mango Deck restaurant.


The judge ordered the defendant to be released on probation, while giving the prosecution two months to conduct further investigation in this case.
