Mexico's Pacific airports with laboratories

With the announcement of new preventive measures by the U.S. government for passengers on international flights, the Pacific Airports Group in Mexico has installed laboratories for coronavirus testing.

As of January 25, the laboratory modules will operate at the airports of:

  • Guadalajara
  • Tijuana
  • Los Cabos
  • Puerto Vallarta
  • Guanajuato
  • Hermosillo
  • Mexicali
  • Morelia
  • La Paz
  • Aguascalientes
  • Los Mochis
  • Manzanillo.

Individuals who have tested positive for a viral test within the previous 90 days and have met the isolation criteria may travel by presenting proof of a positive viral test and an official letter from a health care provider or public health official authorizing them to travel. Although these passengers will not be required to show a negative COVID-19 viral test, they must provide documentation of recovery.

The cost of the antigen test will be $450 pesos and the PCR will be $1,450 pesos, both prices will be applicable only to passengers on international flights.
