Vaccinations begin in the Baja California peninsula

 


After the first doses of Pfizer vaccines were received at military air base number 9, today from very early on it began with its distribution in all hospitals in Baja California Sur.


The same happened in the northern part of the peninsula, where the first doses of the vaccines were administered in the sight of Governor Jaime Bonilla.


The distribution of the medicines is carried out by personnel of the Mexican Navy and in this first stage all hospital personnel and those who attend to the emergency services will be vaccinated.


By February, the immunization of people over 60 years of age will begin and according to availability, the next step will be to vaccinate the rest of the population.


These vaccines are free of charge for all Mexican citizens.
