Lori Loughlin, Mossimo Giannulli seek judge’s permission to attend wedding in Los Cabos

Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have asked a judge for permission to return to Mexico for a wedding after serving time in prison for their roles in the 2019 college admissions scandal.

According to TMZ, on Wednesday, October 20, the couple, who were both convicted of fraud charges for their participation in the college admissions scam, filed court documents requesting for permission to travel to Cabo San Lucas for a week, from November 5 to November 12.

Since being released from prison, the 57-year-old actress and her 58-year-old fashion designer husband have been following the terms of their probation, according to their request.

According to the site, Loughlin referenced her $150,000 fine and community service, while Giannulli stated he had paid a $250,000 fine and was making progress with his community service.

Giannulli also indicated that he was traveling for "leisure and work-related activities," claiming that he would be "hosting meetings with a significant corporate account holder" while in town, in addition to attending a wedding.
