LOS CABOS: U.S. Citizen Wanted by Immigration Arrested

In a joint action carried out with personnel from the National Immigration Institute, members of the State Police arrested in Cabo San Lucas a U.S. citizen who was wanted for different felonies.

When officers were patrolling the streets of the private neighborhood Ventanas, they saw a man who matched the characteristics of a person requested by the National Migration Institute, for whom there was a wanted person, so they stopped him for questioning.

At the time of the interview, he said his name was Steen "N", born in the United States of America.

The U.S. government had issued a warrant for his arrest for the crimes of robbery, assault, resisting arrest and domestic violence, for which he was taken into custody and sent to the immigration authorities.

He is expected to be deported in the next few hours.
