Today Baja California Sur authorities, launched the new route of the Baja Ferries company between Santa RosalÃa and Guaymas, with the ship Balandra Star.
Governor Carlos Mendoza Davis was very pleased, since this route had not been in operation for six months, which will help the economy's region with this ship that will make its journey through the Gulf of California.
New jobs are being created and the Balandra Star will make six trips per week with a capacity of 72 passengers and cargo of cars and trucks.
Both the ship and the Port of Santa RosalÃa have the "Clean Point Certification" and SAFE TRAVELS seal.
