Todos Santos expat helped two children injured in accident

This Monday afternoon, a Toyota Sienna van crashed into the back of a truck carrying lumber in an unfortunate accident that left two adults dead and two children, who were in the rear seats, injured.

The collision occurred at kilometer 36, very close to Todos Santos, and an English speaker witness managed to rescue the two children and get them out of the truck where they were stuck.

One of them was reanimated and the foreigner, escorted by a National Guard patrol car, took them in his pick up truck to La Paz so they could be treated in a hospital.

Near the area known as the "Y" an ambulance of the Grupo Calafia was already waiting for them, which received the children and thanked the foreigner, to take them to the hospital. The name of the angel who helped them was never known.

The place of the accident was sealed off and the Attorney General's Office was waiting for the bodies to be identified and then taken to the forensic analysis.
